Management Team
Jeff Zinnecker , PresidentA solid technical background and natural business savvy have enabled Jeff Zinnecker to build a world class information technology staffing and solutions firm that boasts consistent growth over its 22 year history.
Jeff's extensive technical background focuses on application and database programming. While he has a diverse skill set, his strengths are business and growth management.
Before incorporating Zinncorp in 1989 Jeff worked as an applications and systems programmer for Northern States Power (NSP), now Xcel energy. During his tenure at NSP Jeff grew with the company, moving to the Minneapolis area and becoming an ADABAS specialist.
From early in his career Jeff recognized there is a niche market for ADABAS and Natural consulting. In his free time he worked as an I.T. consultant, and in January of 1989 he incorporated Zinncorp as an ADABAS/Natural niche-consulting firm.
As Zinncorp President, Jeff exemplifies the company's values, annually sponsoring scholarships for local information technology students and donating to numerous local and national organizations including Toys for Tots.
Born in Wisconsin, Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Superior in 1979 with degrees in Management and Management Information Systems. He and his wife Lori live in Minnesota with their three children.
Joe Golemo, VP Operations and Business DevelopmentJoe is a senior management, strategic planning, business development, and marketing executive with over 25 years of IT Industry experience. He has helped four IT consulting services firms become acquired, successfully started and turned-around failing branch offices, and managed their strategic planning, and business growth.
Joe began his career as a Engineer at IBM in Rochester, MN, then moved into Sales with IBM. He has served in Management, Business Development and Consulting roles for companies including: BORN, Connect, is.com, and Trexin Consulting.
He has served as the Board Chairperson for two not-for-profit organizations: Crisis Connection and Starbase Minnesota, and received a Minnesota Governor's Award for Services provided to the Minnesota National Guard.
Joe has a Chemical Engineering degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. He lives in Minnesota with his wife Melissa and two children.
